Livingston County Arrests 9-9-24

The following arrests were announced by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.

Rebecca Smith, 41, of Forrest was arrested by Fairbury Police for aggravated battery – based on location – minor or no injury – no dangerous weapon and criminal damage to property.

Neidelin Tapia, 20, of Streator was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for driving on a suspended or revoked license and speeding 26-35 MPH over the limit.
