Livingston County Arrests 9-20 to 9-23

The following arrests were reported by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.

Karen Armstrong, 33, of Wedron was arrested by Streator Police for retail theft – taking merchandise from retail establishment with intent to deprive merchant without paying.

Timothy Lynch, 41, of Streator was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Sean Smith, 46, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for aggravated domestic battery.

John Freeman, 35, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement.
