Livingston County Arrests: 8-9 to 8-11

The following arrests were reported by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.

Robert Durbin, 61, of Rutland was arrested by Streator Police for retail theft – permissive inference – concealment and removal of merchandise beyond last payment station.

Nathan Nevin, 41, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for public intoxication.

Jeremy Pemberton, 39, of Pekin was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for obstructing justice, applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, firefighter or correctional institution employee and possession of a controlled substance.

Zach Phelan, 23, of Chatsworth was arrested by Pontiac Police for retail theft – taking merchandise from retail establishment with intent to deprive merchant without paying, resisting or obstructing peace officer, firefighter or correctional institution employee.

Niles Pratt, 25, of Streator was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for aggravated domestic battery.

John Smith, 50, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for domestic battery/physical contact and resisting or obstructing an officer.

Chad Wink, 49, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for DUI – alcohol concentration in blood or breath 0.08 or more and DUI – under the influence of alcohol.
