Livingston County Arrests: 8-23 to 8-25

The following arrests were reported by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.

Adam Blair, 34, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for domestic battery/bodily harm impersonate official.

Starla Carruba Moore, 60, of Long Point was arrested by Streator Police for retail theft – taking merchandise from retail establishment with intent to deprive merchant without paying.

Jerry Emmons, 54, of Dwight was arrested by Dwight Police for domestic battery.

Laura Frederici, 43, of Streator was arrested by Pontiac Police for DUI – alcohol concentration in blood or breath 0.08 or more and DUI – under the influence of alcohol.

Dustin Hall, 32, of Streator was arrested by Streator police for driving on a suspended license.

Matthew Isenberg, 63, of Pontiac was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for improper lane usage and DUI – under the influence of alchohol.

Ashley Moats, 31, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass to vehicles.

Amanda Parr, 40, of Chicago was arrested by Pontiac Police for retail theft – taking merchandise from retail establishment with intent to deprive merchant without paying.

Anthony Tripicchio, 31, of Chatsworth was arrested by Chatsworth Police for domestic battery.
