Livingston County Arrests: 6-5

The following arrests were announced by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.

Joseph Bednar, 42, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for resisting or obstructing peace officer, firefighter or correctional institution employee, theft of labor or services or use of property and theft – obtains/exerts unauthorized control over property of the owner less than $500.

Jacob Morgano, 29, of Markham was arrested by Fairbury Police for indecent solicitation of a child and traveling to meet a child.
