Livingston County Arrests: 6-28 to 6-30

The following arrests were released by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.

Caleb Baines, 23, of Kankakee was arrested by Pontiac Police for domestic battery/physical contact.

Noah Birge, 22, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for sex offender registration – failure to register.

Alfred Chapman Jr., 58, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement, driving while driver’s license, permit, or privilege to operate motor vehicle is suspended or revoked, expired registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Jonathan Cox, 38, of Morris was arrested by Fairbury Police for domestic battery.

Clayton Davis, 22, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images and sex offender registration – failure to register.

Carolyn Morgan, 35, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for retail theft – taking merchandise from a retail establishment with intent to deprive merchant without paying.

Alberto Ocampo-Morales, 44, of Chatsworth was arrested by Chatsworth Police for driving under the influence.

Cesar Ramos Hernandez, 31, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for aggravated assault – offense based on use of firearm, device or motor vehicle.

Simon Scott, 24, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for domestic battery.

Jesse Vidergar, 42, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for disorderly conduct – actions alarm or disturb another provoking breach of peace.
