Livingston County arrests 6-13 to 6-24

The following arrests were reported by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.


Brandon Chagoya, 24, of Saint Anne was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for obstructing justice.


Lorin Ulmer, 40, of Dwight was arrested by Dwight Police for driving while suspended or revoked and possession of a controlled substance.


Omar Olivares Pina, 25, of Cincinnati was arrested by Pontiac Police for operating a motor vehicle with no valid license, permit or restricted driving permit, no valid registration, title/registration possession offenses and operating without insurance.


Timothy Rork, 43, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for an in-state warrant.


Michael Sieber, 40, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for retail theft number $300.


Michael Sieber, 40, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for burglary of a building.


Matthew White, 24, of Mankato was arrested by Pontiac Police for DUI – under the influence of alcohol and DUI – alcohol concentration in blood or breath 0.08 or more.


Brittany Kiss, 33, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement.

John Martinez Jr., 25, of Bolingbrook was arrested by Pontiac Police for aggravated fleeing/attempting to elude peace officer – rate of speed at least 21 miles per hour over the speed limit.


Jamie Schmidgt, 39, of Fairbury was arrested by Fairbury Police for domestic battery and resisting or obstructing a peace officer, firefighter or correctional institution employee.
