Livingston County Arrests 5-6 to 5-7

The following arrests were reported by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.

Cheryl Doherty, 63, of Dwight was arrested by Dwight Police for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement.

John Domine, 39, of Orland Hills was arrested by Pontiac Police for domestic battery.

Jermey Erschen, 20, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for domestic battery/bodily harm.

Justin Francis, 34, of Ottawa was arrested by Streator Police for domestic battery.

Jeremy McGuire, 49, of Streator was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for driving while driver’s license, permit or privilege to operate motor vehicle is suspended or revoked, obstructing justice and speeding over statutory limit.

Cheyenne Pratt, 23 of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for domestic battery.

Kegan Sears, 28, of Marseilles was arrested by Streator Police for armed violence (possession of a dangerous weapon during commission of felony), possess with intent to manufacture or deliver controlled substance, violation of bail bond – violates condition of release when victim is family or household member, disorderly conduct – actions alarm or disturb another provoking breach of peace, resisting or obstructing peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee and firearm owner’s identification card required – acquire or possess firearm, stun gun or taser.
