Livingston County Arrests: 5-4 to 5-6



The following arrests were reported by the Livingston County Jail.


Jose M. Arriaga Zarate, 48, of Chatsworth was arrested by Fairbury Police near East 825 North Road and N 2900 East for speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, drivers must have licenses or permits, DUI – alcohol concentration in blood or breath 0.08 or more and aggravated DUI – no driver’s license, permit, restricted driving permit, judicial driving permit, monitoring device permit.


Jennifer Barry, 45, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for criminal trespass to real property.


Shannon Berry, 38, of Kempton was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement.


David Carlson Jr., 60, of Blanchester was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.


Miguel Dettloff, 29, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for violation of order of protection.


Marla Elliott, 58, of Lakeside was arrested by Pontiac Police for driving under the influence of alcohol.


Caitlin Hill, 28, of Bartlett was arrested by Pontiac Police for driving on a suspended/revoked license, improper parking on roadway, speeding 26-35 mph over limit, failure to signal, disobeying a stop sign, aggravated fleeing/attempting to elude peace officer – rate of speed at least 21 mph over speed limit and possession of a controlled substance.


Davon Hodges, 21, of Kankakee was arrested by Dwight Police for driving under the influence of drugs or combination of drugs.


Ryan Hornbeck, 26, of Pontiac was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for domestic battery.


Braden Roberts, 23, of Pontiac was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for leaving the scene of accident with vehicle damage, criminal trespass to property and criminal trespass to vehicles.


Richard Ruiz, 48, of Pontiac was arrested by Fairbury Police for driving on a suspended or revoked license.


Amy Spaniol, 48, of Streator was arrested by Pontiac Police for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement.


Jesse Vidergar, 42, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for disorderly conduct – actions alarm or disturb another provoking breach of peace.
