Livingston County Arrests 5-2 to 5-4

The following arrests were reported by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.

Jordan Barnes, 26, of Lincoln was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for DUI – under the influence of drugs or combination of drugs.

Brandon Denney, 38, of East Peoria was arrested by Fairbury Police for DUI – under the influence of alcohol.

Dwayne Ellis, 59, of Hazel Crest was arrested by Pontiac Police for DUI – under the influence of alcohol, improper turn at intersection and DUI – alcohol concentration in blood or breath 0.08 or more.

Lane Fox, 25, of Washburn was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for driving on a suspended or revoked license and disobeyed traffic control device.

Daniel Fuentes, 33, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for battery/cause bodily harm.

Omar Lopez Gonzalez, 22, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for battery/cause bodily harm.

Christopher Perez Gonzalez, 18, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for battery/cause bodily harm.

Luisa Portugues, 52, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for retail theft – taking merchandise from retail establishment with intent to deprive merchant without paying.

Brittney Rios, 34, of Streator was arrested for criminal trespass to real property.

Nathaniel Scarbeary, 30, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for DUI – under the influence of alcohol.

Johnny Ward, 28, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for aggravated assault/discharge of a firearm.
