Livingston County Arrests: 5-10 to 5-12
The following arrests were reported by the Livingston County Jail.
Eric Flanery, 45, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for DUI – under the influence of alcohol.
Christopher Folk, 34, of Forrest was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for possessing of drug paraphernalia, resisting or obstructing peace officer, firefighter or correctional institution employee.
Jairus Jackson, 25, of Springfield was arrested by Pontiac Police for aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude peace officer – rate of speed at least 21 mph over speed limit, aggravated fleeing/attempting to elude peace office – involves disobedience of 2 or more traffic devices, disobeying stop sign, illegal lane usage, disobeyed traffic control device, illegal transportation or possession of alcoholic liquor by driver in motor vehicle, possession medical cannabis in motor vehicle outside approved container by cardholder – driver, driving while driver’s license, permit or privilege to operate motor vehicle is suspended or revoked and fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer.
Heather Legner, 45, of Pontiac was arrested by Streator Police for criminal trespass to real property.
Trever Murphy, 20, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for criminal damage to property.
Misty Smith, 38, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for retail theft – taking merchandise from retail establishment with intent to deprive merchant without paying.
Bryan Stillwell, 45, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement.
Coby Wiechmann, 24, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for domestic battery, unlawful use of weapon, possession of cannabis – more than 100g but less than 500g, unlawful use or possession of weapon by felon or person in custody DOC facility.
