The following arrests were reported by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.
Jessie Alderson, 33, of Pontiac was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for predatory criminal sexual assault of a victim under 13.
Devin Cardray, 31, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement.
Justin Holofchak, 29, of Streator was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement.
David Walton, 50, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for no valid driver’s license – expired less than one year and operating a vehicle with expired registration plates or sticker.
Sarah Akins, 40, of Morris was arrested by Pontiac Police for false alarm or complaint to 911 and criminal trespass remain on land.
Michael Serrano, 34, of Fairbury was arrested by Fairbury Police for possession of another’s credit/debit/ID card with intent to defraud or use, sell, transfer to another person and use of credit/debit card with intent to defraud.
Chantel Short, 49, of Flanagan was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for domestic battery.
Amanda Wood, 54, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for domestic battery.
Sandra Gasaway, 49, of Dwight was arrested by Dwight Police for domestic battery.
Andrew Kerestes, 33, of Manville was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for criminal damage to property.
Percy Robinson, 61, of Joliet was arrested by Dwight Police for domestic battery.
Ryan York, 41, of Granite City was arrested for DUI – alcohol concentration in blood or breath 0.08 or more.
Jonathan Chambers, 41, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for aggravated battery – deadly weapon other than firearm or use of air rifle.
Ismael Malave, 56, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for domestic battery/bodily harm.
Stephen Rustman, 65, of Flanagan was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement and drivers must have licenses or permits.
