Livingston County Arrests 4-26 to 4-28

The following arrests were reported by the Livingston County Jail.

Dossie Baker, 28, of Springfield was arrested for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement

Joshua Borchardt, 40, of Thomasboro was arrested by Fairbury Police for indecent solicitation of a child and traveling to meet a child in the area of Forrest.

Jordan Casey, 25, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement

Alyssa Dobyns, 35, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for retail theft, taking merchandise from a retail establishment with the intent to deprive merchant without paying

Juan C. Hernandez Perez, 33, of Pontiac was arrested for aggravated DUI – violation for the third or subsequent time

Jacqlyn Maier, 30, of Streator was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for DUI – under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage.

Arthur Runyon, 69, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for DUI – alcohol concentration in blood or breath 0.08 or more and DUI – under the influence of alcohol

Bruce Scott II, 35, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for fail to appear, testify or produce documents

Dylan Washkowiak, 24, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement
