Livingston County Arrests 4-18 to 4-20

The following arrests were reported by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.

Octavio Benitez, 27, of Streator was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for unlawful resist or obstructing an officer, employee or agent in official duties and criminal damage to government supported property.

Anne T. Elias, 45, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for criminal trespass to a residence.

Aaron Liptak, 41, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for domestic battery.

Jeremy Pitte, 35, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for no valid driver’s license – expired less than one year.

Jerry Pitte, 62, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for driving revoked/suspended 2nd +.

Zachary Smith, 31, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for aggravated battery – based on location – minor, no injury, no dangerous weapon and aggravated battery – knowingly flashes laser gunsight/device striking upon or against another person.

Blake Weibel, 19, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for retail theft – taking merchandise from retail establishment with intent to deprive merchant without paying.
