Livingston County Arrests 3-21 to 3-27

The following arrests were announced by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.
Jason Arnold, 35, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for retail theft – taking merchandise from retail establishment with intent to deprive merchant without paying.
Ryan Carter, 54, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
Dylan Cool, 25, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for reporting false alarm or complaint via ‘911’ call.
Alaina Cravatta, 28, of Streator was arrested for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement.
Kendall Hartley, 18, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for armed robbery/no firearm.
Tyler Hischier, 32, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for DUI – under the influence of alcohol, DUI – alcohol concentration in blood or breath 0.08 or more, disobeying a stop sign, improper lane usage and resisting or obstructing peace officer, firefighter or correctional institution employee.
David Hjerpe, 40, of Bessemer was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for domestic battery.
Jason Marchetti, 47, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for trespassing on railroad property, theft – obtains or exerts unauthorized control over property of the owner less than $500, violation of probation or conditional discharge and possession of a controlled substance.
Herbert C. Matthews Jr., 60, of Chicago was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for unlawful use or possession of a weapon by felon or person in custody of DOC facility and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.
Gabrielle Nash, 34, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for failing to appear, testify or produce documents in inquiry, investigation or hearing.
Daniel Rutledge, 26, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for disorderly conduct – actions alarm or disturb another provoking breach of peace.
David J. Smith, 54, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for domestic battery.
