Livingston County Arrests 12-5 to 12-8

The following arrests were reported by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.

Jason Hill, 48, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for domestic battery.

Clayton Libby, 42, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for domestic battery.

Lorin Ulmer, 40, of Joliet was arrested by Pontiac Police for retail theft – taking merchandise from retail establishment with intent to deprive merchant without paying, obstructing justice and applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement.

Linzi Viscum, 37, of Lockport was arrested by Pontiac Police for retail theft – taking merchandise from retail establishment with into to deprive merchant without paying and possession of a controlled substance.

Michael Wanamaker, 29, of Bloomington was arrested for driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to reduce speed/accident and possession of look-alike controlled substance.
