Livingston County Arrests 12-19 to 12-22

The following arrests were reported by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.

Edward K. Barborinas Jr., 45, of East Peoria was arrested by Fairbury Police for indecent solicitation of a child, traveling to meet a child and possession of a controlled substance.

Robert Betts, 25, of Pontiac was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for child sex offender reside within 500 feet of playground, child care institution, day/part day care centers, homes.

Dequante Carson, 32, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement.

Melissa Chavez, 27, of Streator was arrested for domestic battery.

Robert Corp, 38, of Lexington was arrested by Fairbury Police for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement and possession of cannabis more than 100 g but less than 500 g.

John Freeman, 35, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for criminal trespass to real property, fail to appear, testify or produce documents in inquiry, investigation or hearing.

Magdalena C. Gonzalez Diego, 46, of Forrest was arrested by DUI – under the influence of alcohol.

James Kalenian, 62, of Villa Park was arrested by Dwight Police for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement.

Bryan Ruppe, 41, of Dwight was arrested by Dwight Police for domestic battery.

Bruce L. Scott II, 35, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for fail to appear, testify or produce documents in inquiry, investigation or hearing.
