Livingston County Arrests 11-25 to 11-26

Jesse Spandet, 30, of Ottawa was arrested by Streator Police for driving while driver’s license, permit or privilege to operate motor vehicle is suspended or revoked.

Ray Keith, 47, of Streator was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for possession of a controlled substance.

Johnathan Morgan, 35, of Streator was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for possession of a controlled substance.
