Livingston County Arrests 11-13 to 11-14

The following arrests were reported by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.

Heather Brown, 33, of Oglesby was arrested by Streator Police for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Justin Layhew, 49, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for DUI – under the influence of alcohol and DUI – under the combined influence of alcohol, other drugs, intoxicating compounds.

Darren Riss, 48, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement.

Adam Snyder, 33, of Streator was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for possession of a controlled substance and applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement.
