Livingston County Arrest 11-6

The following arrest was announced by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.

Amber Watters, 35, of Dwight was arrested by Pontiac Police for theft – obtains/exerts unauthorized control over property of the owner over $500 and financial institution fraud.
