Drug arrest in Pontiac

PONTIAC – The Livingston County Sheriff has announced a significant drug arrest which took place this week.

During the execution of a search warrant in Pontiac conducted by the Livingston County Pro-Active unit, Markie Lockett was arrested for possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance. The search revealed seven grams of prepackaged cocaine, an ounce of cannabis, numerous drug paraphernalia and prepackaging items along with $484 in U.S. currency.

Agencies assisting the Pro-Active Unit with the search warrant included Livingston County Patrol, Pontiac Police and Dwight Police.
