Carlock man faces charges after shooting

A Carlock resident has been arraigned in McLean County on charges of aggravated battery and discharge of a firearm stemming from a shooting incident when the individual was a juvenile.

The man’s image and name are not being shared due to the initial juvenile status of the crime. The requested bond was listed at $500,000, 10 percent to apply.

Bloomington Police criminal investigation detectives arrested the man on Friday, July 31 in the 100 block of Valley View Circle for an alleged shooting which occurred on July 28.
