Man arrested for domestic violence

On Wednesday, 7/15/2020, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Bloomington officers were dispatched to the 300 block of W. Mulberry St. for a domestic violence incident in which the suspect had fled the scene.
Officers gathered information about the incident and looked for the suspect throughout the night. At approximately 5:45 a.m., officers located and arrested the suspect without incident in the 2000 block of Ridge Creek Dr.
Arrested was, Jonathon K. Campbell, 42, of Bloomington, Illinois. Campbell was arrested for:
-DOMESTIC BATTERY / BODILY HARM (MUST SEE JUDGE)
-UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT -AGG BTRY/STRANGLE/DANG INSTRUM
-AGG DOMESTIC BATTERY/STRANGLE
-THEFT / POSSESS STOLEN PROPERTY/ GREATER THAN $300 LESS THAN $10,000 (Driving a stolen vehicle).
Campbell is being held at the McLean County Jail. No bond information is available at this time. Bloomington Fire and Rescue responded to the scene; however, the adult female victim was not transported to the hospital for her injuries.
