Motorcyclist dies in crash

BLOOMINGTON – The McLean County Coroner’s Office and Bloomington Police are investigating a fatal crash which occurred over the weekend involving a motorcycle on Hamilton Road near State Farm Plaza South.

Authorities were notified of a death at the address early Saturday afternoon while Bloomington firefighters and police officers were already on the scene. A man, who was the sole occupant of the motorcycle, was pronounced dead at 1:41 p.m. An autopsy was scheduled.
