UPDATE: Man died from drowning

Authorities say a 31-year-old Downs man died from drowning, according to preliminary autopsy findings.

Tyler J. Graf’s body was located in a private pond on Saturday near 8005 Elm in Downs and he was pronounced dead. The McLean County Coroner says there was no evidence of altercation or assault and toxicology results are pending.

The incident remains under investigation by the McLean County Coroner’s Office and Sheriff’s Department.
