More cases reported around area


More cases of COVID-19 were announced around the area Monday.

Four additional cases were announced by the McLean County Health Department which brings the county’s total to 48. Health officials report 28 are in home isolation, five are hospitalized and 12 have recovered. McLean County had 2 deaths.

Another Ford County resident has been diagnosed with coronavirus. This individual is a man in his 80s and public health officials are investigating the situation.

Meanwhile, three more Livingston County residents have tested positive. This includes a female in her 30s in the hospital along with a man in his 20s and female in her 40s who are both in home isolation recovering.
