Agencies announce joint arrest

On December 5th, 2018, Detectives from the Normal Police Department received a complaint of sexual assault from an adult victim.

On December 10th, 2018, Detectives from the Bloomington Police Department received a complaint of sexual assault from another adult victim. On December 28th , 2018, and January 9 th, 2019, Matthew M. Price, a 32-year-old male from Bloomington, was arrested for the following offenses: Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault/Vic 60+ (2 Counts) Criminal Sexual Assault/Force Price’s arrest stemmed from investigations conducted by Normal PD, Bloomington PD, and the McLean County States Attorney’s office. He is currently being held at the McLean County Jail. This is an ongoing investigation.
