Woman accused of attacking ex

ATLANTA, Illinois – A Logan County woman was charged with domestic battery after allegedly attacking an ex-boyfriend.

A police statement from an officer with the Logan County Sheriff’s Office indicates Jason Horn said his former girlfriend, Joy Sadler, attacked him while he was being asked to leave a bar. Blood was observed on the side of Horn’s face along with small scratches and what police describe as a “claw mark” on the back of his neck.

Sadler’s bond was set at $5,000 and must have no contact with Horn, per the judge’s bond order.
