Shooting probed in Bloomington

BLOOMINGTON – Police in Bloomington are investigating a shooting which reportedly occurred early Wednesday morning in the 800 block of west Jefferson Street.

Responding officers located a man who was shot and the man was later pronounced dead at the scene by the McLean County Coroner’s Office. Authorities say the man’s identity will not be released until family is notified.
