Man died from falling on stairs

McLean County Coroner Kathy Davis is releasing the following information regarding the discovery of a deceased adult male in the Market Street Parking Deck, 202 West Market Street, Bloomington, Illinois.

Pronounced deceased at 0645 hours on February 26, 2018 was Miguel Orellana, age 48, of Bloomington, Illinois. Preliminary autopsy findings indicate that Mr. Orellana died from cranial cerebral injuries due to a fall on stairs. Toxicology results are pending. This incident remains under investigation by the McLean County Coroner’s Office and the Bloomington Police department.
