Trivia night to benefit Relay

DWIGHT – The American Cancer Society of Livingston County is hosting a trivia night to raise money in the fight against cancer.

The second annual event will be held at the Dwight VFW, located at 506 S Old Rte 66, Dwight, IL, on Saturday, March 10th at 7:00pm. This event welcomes everyone. Trivia goers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 or older. Doors will open at 6:00pm. Snacks will be provided and drinks will be available at an additional charge.

Each table will be setup for teams of eight participants. If you have less than eight, participants can join together to form a team at the event. Admission is $10/person. There is limited space available so sign up early.

Trivia Night benefits the Livingston County Days of Hope which raises funds for the American Cancer Society. The American Cancer Society provides funding for cancer research along with programs and services for cancer patients and their families in the Livingston County area.

Over the last 22 years, Livingston County residents have raised more than $2 million in the fight against cancer. Money raised through our fundraising events have also provided local residents with free rides to and from treatment, free wigs and lodging when needing to travel away from home for treatments.

In 2018, the American Cancer Society of Livingston County Days of Hope will be holding four signature fundraising events including: Trivia Night, a 5K/Fun Walk/Ride and Pancake Breakfast on June 2nd at St. Mary’s in Pontiac, our annual Relay For Life Night of Hope on August 3rd at a new location on the Pontiac Square and a Cash For A

Cure raffle on September 15th at the Pontiac VFW.
