Cocaine arrest announced

BLOOMINGTON - On Tuesday, January 28, 2018, members of BPD’s Vice Unit and Street Crimes Unit concluded a drug investigation into the sale of illegal narcotics.

As a result of this investigation, Jesse S. Duncan, age 24, of Bloomington, was arrested for Multiple Counts of Manufacture/Delivery of Other Amount of Narcotic Schedule III, Manufacture/Delivery of 1-15 grams Cocaine, Multiple Counts of Possession up to 15 grams Controlled Substance, and Manufacture/Delivery 1-14 grams of Heroin.

Members of BPD's Vice Unit and Street Crimes Unit served a search warrant in the 2200 block of Peirce Street, Bloomington. 9 grams of Crack Cocaine (approximate street value of $900), 2.1 grams of Heroin (approximate street value of $400), $467.00 Cash, and evidence of drug distribution were seized as evidence.

Duncan was transported to the McLean County Jail.
